3 c. Bisquick
8-10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb. hot sausage

Mix real good with your hands. Shape into small balls about the size of a marble. Place on cookie sheet and freeze. When solid, transfer to plastic freezer sacks or containers. Bake at 350 degrees, approximately 20-25 minutes.
