WALDORF SALAD 
2 red apples, cored and cubed
1 pear, cored and cubed
1 banana, sliced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. walnuts, chopped
3/4 c. raisins
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Lettuce

Toss fruit with lemon juice. Add celery, nuts and raisins. Blend sour cream and mayonnaise. Pour over mixture and toss until well mixed. Keep refrigerated. Serve on lettuce. Yield: 6 servings.
