FRESH PEACH PIE | |
5 c. sliced peaches 1 c. sugar 1 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. water 2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 baked pastry shell 1 c. whipped cream Crush 1 cup peaches; combine with cornstarch, water, and sugar. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring until thick and clear. Add butter. Add remaining drained peaches. When cool, put in baked shell and refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream. |
