PEACH PIE (Fresh) 
4 c. sliced peaches
2 tbsp. tapioca
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2/3 c. sugar

Mix all together and let stand while making crust. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Dot with 2 tbsp. butter. Put on top crust, slit and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

PIE CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. hot water
1 tsp. salt

Cut shortening into flour and salt. Add hot water and mix well. Let set about 10-15 minutes and roll.
