SPICY APPLE AND BANANA PIE 
1 (10") pie crust
1-2 thinly sliced bananas
Apples
Cinnamon
Sugar
Flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
Heavy, whipped or ice cream

Put pie crust in pie tin or tart pan. Sprinkle bottom with cinnamon and sugar. Slice bananas and arrange to cover bottom. Sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and a small amount of flour. Slice apples thin. Arrange on top of bananas, overlapping some just to fill gaps. Sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and flour. In a saucepan, melt butter. Add brown sugar. Mix well. Spread on top of apple mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serve with heavy cream, whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle your topping with cinnamon for looks!
