ENCHILADA STACK 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. seed green chilies
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (17 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
4 tortillas
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
3/4 c. tomato juice
Few drops hot sauce

Brown beef and onions and mix sauce and all ingredients together, except tortillas, cheese, and tomato juice.
