SPINACH PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (27 oz) can spinach

Brown pork chops in frying pan, covered, 5 minutes each side in 2 tablespoons cooking oil. After browning, pour tomato sauce over pork chops, adding 4 ounces water. Place spinach over pork chops also. Season with half teaspoon salt. Cook over medium heat 30 minutes.

Yields 6 servings.
