CHICKEN ROLLS A LA RUSSE 
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing, prepared
6 chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4 inch
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. dried bread crumbs

Finely crush bread crumbs, set aside. Prepare Stove Top according to package. Spoon over cutlets in an even layer. Roll cutlets, tuck in ends. Dip rolls in egg then in bread crumbs. Arrange in oven proof dish, seam side down. Drizzle melted butter over chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve with remaining Stove Top.
