CHICKEN ROLL UPS 
Boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 c. butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese

Flatten chicken breasts. Put cheese at one end of cutlets and dot breast with butter. Roll up cutlet from cheese end. Mix egg and milk. Roll cutlet in flour, dip in egg, roll in bread crumbs. Place seam side down in baking dish. Melt remaining butter and combine with seasoning and chicken broth. Pour over. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
