CHICKEN WITH CREAM CHEESE AND CHIVES | |
As many chicken cutlets as you want. Place a lump of cream cheese in center of each cutlet and sprinkle with chives and roll up. Secure roll by wrapping with 1 strip of bacon. Place roll in greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with more chives. Bake 40 minutes in 400 degree oven. (Use Philadelphia soft cream cheese or bar, but soft is best.) |
