CHICKEN ROLL - UP 
1 pkg. boneless chicken
1 pkg. spinach, cooked
2 cans sliced mushrooms
2 c. mozzarella
1 egg
Thyme
Oregano
Garlic salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Flatten chicken. Mix spinach, mushrooms, mozzarella, egg, dash of thyme, oregano and garlic salt. Put 1-2 tablespoons of mixture on chicken and roll the chicken. After all pieces are rolled, pour soup over chicken and then 1/2 can of water over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
