CHICKEN PIE 
3 to 4 lbs. chicken
2 c. broth
2 sticks butter
1 box Jiffy Pie Crust Mix
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Cook chicken until tender. Skin and bone. Add butter and pepper to broth. Make thickening with 2 tablespoons flour and 1/2 cup water and add to broth. Let come to a good boil. Pour over chicken. Place crust and add one stick butter over crust. Bake at 400 degrees until nice and brown.
