MEAT BALL STROGANOFF 
MEAT BALLS:

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. rolled oats, uncooked
1 sm. onion, chopped (approx. 1/2 c.)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk

SAUCE:

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1-2 tbsp. flour
1 c. water
1/4 c. dairy sour cream

For meat balls: Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Shape to form walnut sized balls. Brown in oil in large skillet. Remove meat balls.

For sauce: Add flour to meat drippings in skillet; stir together over low heat until brown and bubbly. Slowly stir in water (you may use half water, half milk) and continue stirring until thickened to make gravy. Stir in mushroom soup.

Return meat balls to sauce. Cover, simmer for 30 minutes. Just before serving, stir in sour cream. Serve over hot buttered rice or noodles.
