BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can sliced water chestnuts
8 slices American cheese
1 pack Ritz crackers from box
1 stick butter

Cook broccoli; drain well. Mix water chestnuts with broccoli and place in a greased casserole dish.

Place cheese slices on top of broccoli mixture to cover. Crush crackers fine, then sprinkle on top of cheese. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
