EASY CROATIAN EGG NOODLES 
1/2 lb. flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt

Put flour in a bowl and make a well. Put the eggs in the well. Mix with a fork taking in flour gradually. Knead the dough until smooth. Roll out until paper thin and let dry. When dry ut with knife into desired thickness. Let noodles dry completely. Cook in boiling salt water.
