HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 chicken breasts
2 c. celery, sliced sm.
1/3 c. toasted split almonds
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Accent (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. American cheese, shredded
Crushed potato chips

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook chicken with onion and small amount of salt. Combine mayonnaise, Accent, salt, juice and onion. Cut chicken in bite-size pieces, mix all ingredients and put in greased casserole. Top with cheese and potato chips. Bake 30 minutes. Serves 6.
