KIM'S HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
Salt, pepper, garlic to taste
1 lg. onion (chopped)
1 lg. bell pepper (chopped)
1/2 c. olives (chopped)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can niblet corn
8 oz. noodles, any type
1/2 c. grated cheese

1. Brown meat in large skillet. Add salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. 2. Add onions, peppers, and olives and brown until onions are transparent. Drain off excess fat. 3. Add soup, tomatoes, corn, noodles and stir well. (Use large Corning Ware dish or electric skillet.) Bake at 350 degrees until cooked through, approximately 30 minutes. Add grated cheese and leave in oven until cheese melts. If you use electric skillet, you may do all of the above in 1 pan. Instead of baking in the oven, turn electric skillet on 350 degrees, cover and simmer.
