QUICK CORN MAZATLAN 
1 (17 oz.) can Del Monte whole kernel golden sweet corn
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. chopped red pepper

Drain corn reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Combine reserved liquid and cream cheese in saucepan. Heat and blend until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. 4 to 6 servings.
