STRAWBERRY DELIGHT 
2 (3 oz.) boxes instant tapioca pudding
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
2 c. fresh sliced strawberries or 12 to 16 oz. frozen berries
2 c. boiling water

Boil water in large saucepan. Add both boxes instant tapioca pudding. Stir until thick and bubbly. Add Jello and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool. Stir in Cool Whip and strawberries. Pour into serving bowl and cool. Stays and travels very well. Can use other berries and flavors (raspberry, blueberry, etc.) Serves 8.
