PUMPKIN PUDDING 
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 c. cooked pumpkin
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. heavy cream
3/4 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into buttered 1/2 quart casserole. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven about 1 hour or until silver knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool slightly.

Serve with scoop of vanilla ice cream or with whipped cream. Also can be used for pie filling. Delicious!
