IMPOSSIBLE CHERRY PIE 
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. sugar
1 can cherry pie filling
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 400 degrees, grease a 10 inch pie plate. Beat together milk, melted butter, extract, eggs, 1/2 cup Bisquick and sugar. Pour into pie plate. Spoon pie filling over top. Bake 25 minutes. Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients to make streusel topping. Top hot pie with streusel and bake an additional 10 minutes.
