IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2-1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate. Mix all ingredients until smooth 1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand mixer. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean.
