(EASY) PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
1 lb. of butter
2 lbs. of peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
2 lbs. of confectionery sugar

Melt butter at low to medium heat. Do not boil. Blend in peanut butter until both are melted, add 1 teaspoon vanilla and mix, now add confectionery sugar. Stir until all sugar is well blended. Spread out in a lightly buttered jelly roll pan or for thick fudge put a mixture in a 9 x 13 pan. This recipe can be halved or quartered.
