CONFETTI MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. all purpose baking mix
1 c. Fruit Whirls cereal
1 sm. egg
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Crush cereal and set aside, reserving one tablespoon of crushed produce. Put baking mix into bowl. Add the egg, oil and sugar. Mix just enough to moisten. Fold in crushed cereal. Fill greased or lined muffin cups 2/3 full. sprinkle tops of muffins with reserved cereal. Bake 20 minutes. Makes 9 muffins.
