CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 cooked chicken, boned 1 box escort crackers 1 stick butter 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 carton sour cream 1 c water chestnuts Grease long casserole dish. Crumble 1/2 box crackers, add sliced chicken and sliced water chestnuts. Blend soups and sour cream; pour over chicken and chestnuts. Add remaining box of crackers crumbled. Cut butter over top. Heat at 350°F for about 30 min. |
