VEG - ALL CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick butter

Mix all ingredients together except crackers and butter. Pour into casserole dish. Top with crushed crackers and chopped butter. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
