SCRUMPTUOUS SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. sliced zucchini
3 c. sliced yellow squash
3 c. sliced carrots
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tsp. celery salt
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook above mixture in boiling water until tender, but don't overcook. Allow mixture #1 to drain while you prepare the next mixture.

1 c. milk
1 stick butter

Cook mixture #2 over low heat just long enough to melt butter, then pour this over mixture #3.

4 slices of bread torn into small pieces
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream

In a large bowl combine all mixtures and stir well. Crumble Ritz crackers in the bottom of a casserole dish, then add the vegetable mixture. Top with additional grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
