12 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 c. smooth peanut butter
1/2c. butter
1 box Crispix cereal
1 lb. powdered sugar

Over low heat, melt chips, peanut butter and butter. Stir until smooth. Pour over cereal in large bowl and stir gently until coated. Pour powdered sugar into paper bag, then add cereal. Shake well. Store in air tight container.
