FRIED RICE 
3 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, stirred
4 c. rice, steamed
1 lg. green onion, chopped
4 tbsp. frozen mixed carrots & green beans
3 tbsp. jumbo onion, chopped
2 tsp. sesame seeds
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Preheat frying pan. Melt butter in hot pan. Add eggs and scramble until cooked. Remove from pan. Stir fry rice, onions, vegetables and sesame seeds in frying pan for 2 minutes. Add salt and eggs. Stir fry another minute. Add soy sauce and stir fry until rice is not quite crisp.
