RICE & RAISIN PUDDING 
1 c. boiled or steamed rice
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 qt. milk
1/2 c. seeded raisins (washed)
Few gratings of nutmeg

Combine ingredients. Put in buttered baking dish. Bake in moderately slow oven (325 degrees) until milk is absorbed. Serves 6 people.
