RICE PUDDING WITH RAISINS 
2 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. raisins

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl, and pour into casserole which has been buttered. Bake in a medium microwave oven for 14 to 28 minutes, stirring once or twice. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
