STUFFED BREAD 
2 loaves frozen bread dough or pizza dough
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1 tomato, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
1/4 lb. Mozzarella, grated
1/4 lb. Provolone, grated
1/4 lb. Swiss, grated
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic
Pepper and salt to taste
1/4 c. grated Parmesan

Thaw 2 loaves of frozen bread or 1 package pizza dough according to directions.

Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl.

Roll out dough into a rectangular shape (you may want to combine 2 loaves into 1 large loaf or keep separate for 2 small loaves). Evenly spread all ingredients over dough.

Roll up loaf as you would a jelly roll. Pinch closed the ends and where the top of the loaf meets. Lightly oil top of loaf or loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until slightly browned. Slice into 1/2 inch slices and serve warm.
