FROZEN PEA AND PEANUT SALAD 
10 oz. frozen peas, thawed
2 c. finely chopped cabbage
1/2 c. finely chopped carrots
Sm. onion, finely chopped, optional

DRESSING:

1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
Dash pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. wine vinegar

Mix dressing with vegetables and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving add 3/4 cup Spanish peanuts.
