STRAWBERRY VANILLA PUDDING | |
4 1/2-5 c. Angel Food cake, cut into cubes 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 c. cold milk 1 pt. vanilla ice cream 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin (3 oz.) 1 1/2 c. boiling water 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries Place Angel Food cake cubes in 9 x 9 inch baking dish. In a mixing bowl, combine pudding, milk and ice cream. Beat at low speed until well blended. Pour over cake, set aside until firm. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add the frozen berries. Stir until the gelatin begins to thicken. Pour over the pudding, but do not stir. Chill until set. Serves 8-10. |
