FOOD PROCESSOR PIE CRUST 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 stick butter less 1 tablespoon
1 tbsp. Crisco
1/2 tsp. salt
4-6 tbsp. ice water
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar

Process first 4 ingredients together until like corn meal, then add remaining ingredients gradually. When mixture forms a dough ball, quit and chill 1-2 hours. Roll out as usual. Makes 2 crusts.

NOTE: When making pie crust, always use ice water.
