QUICK AND DELICIOUS - JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. ground beef or sausage, browned
1 1/2 lb. peeled, boiled shrimp
Or 1-2 c. cubed cooked turkey or chicken
1 1/2 c. raw rice, washed
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 stalk celery, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Tabasco to taste

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place mixture in a 2 quart casserole. Bake covered in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Serves 6-8. Can use leftover baked or fried chicken. Great for Thanksgiving turkey leftovers.
