SWEET SOUR MEATBALLS 
Use your basic meatball recipe
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. chopped coarsely green pepper
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. vinegar

Mix cornstarch and sugar in large skillet. Stir in pineapple and juice, soy sauce and vinegar. Cook, stirring constantly until it thickens.

Add meat balls, simmer 10 minutes, stirring. Stir in green pepper. Cover and simmer until pepper is crisp tender about 5 minutes. Serve over hot rice or noodles.
