MOM'S RISING BISCUITS 
5 c. self-rising flour
2 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. water

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water. Finish filling cup with water. Put flour in large mixing bowl. Add sugar and soda to flour and mix well. Add yeast, water, oil and buttermilk. Mix well. Store in refrigerator in a covered bowl. Use as needed. Put what you need in flour and roll out like biscuits.
