PESTO SAUCE 
2 c. fresh basil
1 c. fresh parsley
1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
1 tbsp. pine nuts
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. good olive oil

Place all ingredients in the blender and whirl into a smooth paste. Serve in muffins, on pasta, on toasted Italian bread.
