MARINATED ARTICHOKES 
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. sugar
Dash garlic salt
1/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1 (15 oz.) can (2 c.) artichoke hearts (drained)
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon, crushed

Combine above ingredients and 2 tablespoons water in bowl. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight. Drain and serve. Makes approximately 2 cups.
