MARINATED ARTICHOKES 
2 pkgs. frozen artichoke hearts
1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
4 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. tarragon, finely cut

Cook hearts, drain; put in bowl. Combine vinegar, oil, sugar and tarragon in separate bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves; pour over hearts. Refrigerate covered overnight or two.
