HASHBROWNS POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (36 oz.) pkg. frozen hashbrowns potatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) container of sour cream

TOPPING:

1 stick of butter
2 c. corn flakes

Mix all together and place in oblong dish, greased. Mix 1 stick of butter and 2 cups of corn flakes and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
