FUDGEY BROWNIES 
3/4 c. Hershey cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. oil
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Stir cocoa and soda in bowl. Blend 1/3 cup oil. Add water until thick. Stir in sugar, eggs, remaining oil. Stir smooth. Add flour, vanilla and salt. Pour in greased 13"x9" pan and bake 30 minutes. Cool and frost.
