SWEET & SOUR CARROT SALAD 
1 lb. cooked carrots, cooked until soft, cut in 1" slices before cooking
1 red onion, sliced & separated
1 green pepper, sliced
1 can cubed pineapple, drained
1/2 can tomato soup
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. each salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Marinate 8 hours or overnight.
