ROB'S CHILI (Vegetarian) 
Soak 1 cup each of black beans, pinto beans, red beans. Cook until tender, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Add the following and simmer until ready to eat: 1 sm. onion, diced 1 tbsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. red pepper powder 1 sm. green pepper 1 tbsp. cilantro spice 1 tbsp. oregano Pinch of basil Pinch of bay leaves 3/4 tbsp. cumin Pinch of cayenne pepper

Any dry beans can be substituted for a change.
