3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1/2 c. melted butter
6 to 8 tart shells

Mix ingredients. Pour into tart shells and bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Tart will set.
