SPICED YOGURT DRESSING 
1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

In a small bowl, whisk yogurt, lemon juice, oil, cumin, ginger and garlic until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Dressing will keep, covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Makes about 2/3 cup.
