CHILI 
1 1/2 pkg. chili seasoning
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped (optional)
1 lg. can tomatoes, squashed and chopped
1 med. can tomatoes, squashed and chopped
1 med. can Italian stewed tomatoes, squashed and chopped
1 can light red kidney beans (amount is according to taste)

In large pan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil; let boil for 10 minutes. Put in a crockpot until ready to serve. (Chili can be left in crockpot all day on low, if desired).
