CHILI STUFFED POTATOES 
4 med. baking potatoes
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can (17 oz.) whole kernel corn (drained)
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Italian style stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 tsp. chili powder

Pierce potatoes and microwave 15 minutes.

In large skillet brown meat and drain. Stir in corn, tomatoes, catsup, green peppers and chili powder. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

Slit potatoes, spoon 1 cup mixture over each potato. Garnish with sour cream and grated cheese. Green onion, if desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
