POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. OreIda hash browns (thawed)
2 cans creamy chicken mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 sm. onion
Grated cheese for top

Saute onions in butter. Add hash browns, soup and sour cream. Mix well. Pour in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
